Perfect location and wonderful rooms lots of ammenties yummy breakfast perfect location for the city take away and zabkas close by remember shops stop selling alcohol locally at 22pm from offf license.

The location is good but there is no view except the front. They did not give a room, saying that the front is both full and extra price. The breakfasts are very high priced. However, right next to the hotel, there are places that are very beautiful and relatively more convenient.

This hotel have good location. Loads of restaurants and museums nearby. Clean and functional room. Some English channels on TV. Lobby noise can be heard from my room even when i was on the 3rd floor. Ok breakfast spread. Tram and bus statiins nearby and roughly 15 mins to airport.

It’s an excellent hotel! The staffs are very welcoming and nice. When I need something, they are just once call away. I also love the amenities and atmosphere. I feel at home in this hotel. When I go back here in Poland, I’ll definitely stay here again soon!

Hotel is in a good location, a couple minutes’ walk to the footbridge/tightrope sculpture/old town Square and opposite the Opera house (which is a huge construction site at the moment so a bit of an eyesore). It’s on a busy and noisy main road with trams so you need to walk 100m to cross the road. Taxis can’t stop directly outside the hotel but on a side street. The Christmas market and funfair/Ferris wheel was taking place when we stayed. Room was spacious with lots of floor space and desk/counter space. Big bathroom, all very clean. There didn’t seem to be many other guests staying and the receptionist was not overly friendly when checking in considering there was no one else in the reception area and the bar area. No mention of breakfast times, facilities/amenities (there is a roof terrace). However, all in all, it was a nice stay.
